On the Mend

Biscuit and I were a little under the weather last week. On Thursday my doctor admitted me to the hospital because she and I both thought I was having contractions. After about an hour of being monitored, they determined it was not pre-term labor, and I was released. I started feeling better that night and the next day, thank goodness! Baby Girl needs to stay put for about 2 more months.

Biscuit broke one of his dew claws last week (again!), but this time the vet had to sedate him in order to trim the nail and clean up his paw. They put a huge bandage on the area, which combined with the sedation, left Biscuit unable to walk very well.

He didn't start moving around a lot and acting like himself until Saturday night. Luckily, Brendon has stayed well and is taking care of both of us.

We're all enjoying the day off today and are hoping to see some snow tonight!
