Little Sweet Pea

So far, there's not a vegetable that Maggie doesn't like! She started eating peas yesterday and loves them.

Maggie says, "I love peas this much!"

They were pretty easy to make. The hardest part was finding frozen peas without salt, which Brendon was able to do. Then I cooked and pureed them, which ended up looking like a science experiment!

Finally, I poured the peas into an ice cube tray. That makes for easy measuring and storing. Each cube is a one ounce serving.

Maggie even received a "Little Sweet Pea: Baby's First Christmas" ornament. When it hangs on our Christmas tree, it'll remind us of our "little sweet pea" with green goo covering her cute face.
