Love You

We've been trying to get Maggie to say "love you" for a long time, and she finally did it this week! On Sunday as we were leaving church, I told her to tell her friend Rachel (our flower girl in our wedding) "love you". She looked at her and said "love ooooo!" It was so cute! Tonight when I was getting Maggie ready for bed, I rocked her in the rocking chair. Then I laid her in her crib, told her "love you", and she looked up at me and said "Love you, Mama". It wasn't the first time she'd told me, but it was still so sweet. It was one of those moments when I wished life was like a DVR, where I could record what I just saw and heard!
