Today Maggie is 29 months old . . . in other words, one month from today she'll be two-and-a-half!
My blog posts have kept you up to date on her recent accomplishments (drawing circles, counting, etc.). Here are a few of her cute sayings from the past month. They all have a theme, as you can tell, and some of her questions are very hard to answer!
"Where does Jesus live?"
"How do I hear Jesus? How do I see Jesus?"
"I don't want to say my prayers. I say them at church . . . and sing songs."
"Jesus is at church. He loves all the little children."

At this stage my little doodle-bug loves: hiding, acting out "Cinderella" and "Snow White", slicing play doh or sand "pies" into pieces, "writing" (scribbling) thank you notes (wonder who she got that from?!), drawing people, cooking, pointing to words as she "reads" books to herself or her dolls, dancing in high heels, imitating ballet positions she saw in a book, and helping the teacher clean up at story time! She also enjoys making up stories and just today she was able to independently retell a sequence of 3 events. She told Brendon, "We went to the grocery store, we came home, then we went to story time." She's as smart as she is cute!
