Over the last year and a half, Maggie has become friends with Isabelle, the daughter of one of my high school friends. They see each other 3 times a week- at gymnastics, at the book store story time, and at the library story time. They play so well together! They're both very verbal, smart girls. We enjoyed Isabelle's 3rd birthday pool party this week.
Maggie wanted to sit beside the birthday girl to eat. She did so well sitting at the table, eating all of her food, and drinking from an open cup (without us sitting beside her!).
Maggie waited patiently while Isabelle opened her presents.
It'll be fun to watch these two grow up (but not too fast)!

What adorable kids all playing and having a good time at the pool. Maggie is watching patiently as her little friend opens her gifts. These little ones are growing up way too fast. Enjoy the rest of your summer.
